Law and Practice - Level 3 (Online Learning)

The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) is the professional association and governing body for Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, other legal practitioners and paralegals. CILEx offers a unique route to a legal career and becoming a qualified lawyer without a requirement to having a law degree, although law graduates and graduates with non-law degrees can also qualify as a lawyer through the CILEx route. Entry is accessible to those holding a variety of qualification levels.

The CILEx route is the ideal way to obtain a law qualification for school leavers, graduates, legal support staff, mature students and those who already have family commitments. Taking the Chartered Legal Executive lawyer route means you can earn-as-you-learn and gain valuable practical experience. Once your studies and qualifying employment are complete you will be able to call yourself a qualified lawyer straight away without having to undertake an LPC or wait for an elusive training contract to become a solicitor.

The CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice is the entry level qualification on the route to become a Chartered Legal Executive. This course is ideal for those with an interest in Law and Practice and an ambition to develop a career within the sector.

On completion of this course you would be eligible to apply for the CILEx Level 6 Higher Diploma in Law and Practice.

After completing and passing your two assessments and 8 examinations you will gain an CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice.
